The Hope Breakfast Bar in Minneapolis was forced to close their doors like many restaurants in March of 2020, due to Covid-19. With whatever food still remained on their shelves, they stayed true to their name, offering hope in the middle of a pandemic and shifted from a for-profit restaurant to a community kitchen. HOPE BREAKFAST BAR is a film that documents this journey and captures the stories of those who were helped, and the team of volunteers who made this all possible.
