Parsons College–the School that Changed the Rules–is the fifth film in the Fairfield (Iowa) History Series. It uncovers the truth behind the unprecedented growth and sudden demise of Parsons (later bought out by Maharishi International University) through interviews with former students (including Decorah coach/educator Cindy Albers), faculty, and town leaders. Archival footage and photos and sounds bring to life the first-hand accounts of what really happened at Parsons until its end in 1973.
